6th Period PE and Freshman Football Practice

I sat down and spoke to the Athletic Director, Coach Lococo about the upcoming school year.

The reason many of our players don't have 6th period PE was by design due to the size of the team room and the high number of athletes that have to use the room.  6th Period starts at 1:15.  The Varsity team will be the first to suit up.  They have to be on the field at 1:40.  Then the JV will suit up and they have to be on the field at 2:00.

School ends at 2:15 and the freshmen team will have the team room to suit up for practice.  Players have to be out on the field at 2:45 to warm up throwing and kicking.  We start practice at 3:00 sharp and will finish around 5:00 or 5:15.

For those players that have to take the bus home, I will excuse them at 4:45 to catch the last bus of the day, which leaves at 5:00.  If you are a parent of a VEEP student and you can pick your student athlete up at 5:15, I would encourage them to stay and finish practice with the rest of the team.
